1. It is the responsibility of the Client to download, store and back-up delivered images on a reliable storage device or cloud. 

2. Contractor grants to Client a non-exclusive Commercial User License of product(s) produced with and for Client for unlimited commercial and branding purposes. Contractor owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces.
